We will process your personal data:
- in order to conduct the recruitment process (basis: Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR
- necessity to conclude and perform the contract at the request of the data subject or in the
scope of data indicated in the Labor Code or other provisions of labor law - fulfillment of our
legal obligation resulting from the provisions of labor law in accordance with Article 6,
paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR)
- in order to conduct the recruitment process, based on your consent to the processing of your
personal data, i.e. personal data other than those indicated in the point above, provided in the
CV, form, cover letter and other documents. The basis for processing is the above consent
(Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR),
- in order to fulfil the legitimate interest of the controller in the scope of data obtained from
you during the recruitment process in connection with checking your skills and abilities
required to work in the position specified in the advertisement. The basis for processing these
data is our legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR),
- for the purpose of establishing or pursuing any claims or defending against claims made against
us (basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR)
- in order to conduct future recruitment processes, based on your consent to the processing of
personal data provided in the CV, form, cover letter and other documents. The basis for
processing is this consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR).
Rights of data subjects:
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data
and to receive a copy of it, the right to request its rectification (correction), deletion or
restriction of the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to transfer your personal
data. At any time, you have the right to object to the processing of data processed on the basis of
art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR, indicated above. In addition, in accordance with the GDPR, you
have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data
Protection.
Personal data:
- collected for the purpose of carrying out the current recruitment process will be processed
until the recruitment is completed (they will be deleted immediately after its completion) or
until the consent is withdrawn.
- collected for the purpose of processing personal data for the purposes of future recruitment
based on your consent provided in your CV, form, cover letter and other documents, your personal
data will be stored for a period of 12 months from the date of consent or until the consent is
withdrawn
- to the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on a legitimate interest in
pursuing or defending claims, personal data will be stored for no longer than three years.
Your personal data may be transferred to authorized institutions specified by law and to entities
processing services that provide services to the Data Controller and to which these data are entrusted,
i.e. IT service providers, including providers of online recruitment services or advertisers, and state
authorities if they contact us with an appropriate request (e.g. court, prosecutor's office)
Providing personal data in the scope of name and surname, date of birth, place of residence, education
and previous employment is a condition of taking part in a given recruitment process. In the remaining
scope, providing personal data is voluntary.
We would like to inform you that we do not make decisions in an automated manner, including profiling.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its
withdrawal.
