Personal data collected via the Website are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR" and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1781).

    • fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, in particular those resulting from tax law and accounting regulations or warranty (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter c of the GDPR).

    The Website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following manner: by saving cookie files (so-called "cookies") in end devices.

    1. As a rule, the period of processing of personal data by the Administrator depends on the purpose and legal basis of processing.

      • for the period necessary to perform or terminate the concluded contract for the provision of services by electronic means [legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter b GDPR].
      • for the period of the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator or until the User files an effective objection, but no longer than the limitation period of the Administrator's claims against the data subject, resulting from the business activity conducted by the Administrator.     1. The right to access, limit, delete, demand from the Administrator access to your personal data, rectify it, delete it ("the right to be forgotten") or limit processing, and has the right to object to the processing, and also has the right to transfer your data. Detailed conditions for exercising the above-mentioned rights are indicated in art. 15-21 of the GDPR Regulation.
    2. The right to withdraw consent at any time - a person whose data is processed by the Administrator on the basis of expressed consent (based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter a) of the GDPR), has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
    3. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - a person whose data is processed by the Administrator has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the manner and procedure specified in the provisions of the GDPR Regulation and Polish law, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act. The supervisory authority in Poland is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
    4. Right to object – the data subject has the right to object at any time – for reasons related to their particular situation – to the processing of their personal data based on Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) (legitimate interest of the controller), including profiling based on these provisions. In such a case, the controller is no longer allowed to process these personal data, unless they demonstrate the existence of compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or grounds for establishing, pursuing or defending claims.
