You have the right to request an access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of
processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data and submit a
complaint to the supervisory organisation.
The personal data will be processed in order to perform the recruitment process. Providing data in the scope
resulting from the Act of June 26, 1974, the Labor Code is obligatory. In the additional scope, providing
data is voluntary. Refusal to provide the mandatory data may result in the withdrawal from the recruitment
process. The administrator processes the mandatory data on the basis of the legal obligation imposed on
them, in the scope of the additional data, the processing is based on the consent. Personal data will be
processed until the end of the recruitment procedure and for the period of potential claims, and in the case
of the consent to participate in future recruitment procedures - until the consent is withdrawn. The consent
to the processing of the personal data can be withdrawn at any time. The recipient of the data is Devopsity
Sp. z o.o.
